Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information Counter in one of our Management Office. Duties include provision of hospitality services, liaison with customers, handling enquiries and complaints, perform clerical duties and other duties assigned by the Building Manager.
Requirements:
- HKCEE or DSE holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management / security / hospitality field
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to work on roster basis
