Responsibilities:

• To oversee property maintenance, office renovation and repairs works
• To liaise with tenants in all matters related to property management
• To ensure all building related rules and regulations are met
• To identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions and implementation of such actions
• To participate in any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Proprety/Estate Management or related disciplines
• 2 years or above experience in property management
• Experience in office renovation and building redevelopment an added advantage
• Independent, good communication skills and with initiative
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Applicant with higher qualification and more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Property Officer.
