Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in maintaining and monitoring the area of flight master, customers requirements on airline meals, other services and specifications.

• Provide professional services to customers
• Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases

• Prepare correspondences and document

• Co-ordinate with different departments and customers

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering Management or any related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years customer service experience, preferably in food industries or airline related industries
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Pleasant in personality, well organized, attention to details
