• 負責保養維修商場及商業大廈之建築結構、組件及裝飾物
• 持有木工、批盪、油漆或相關工藝測試證書
• 持有建造業平安咭，若持有密閉空間工作核准工人證書、認可學徒證書或有關牌照，可獲優先考慮
• 持有相關樓宇保養技工證書者優先考慮
• 具備兩年以上相關工作經驗
• 操流利粵語及略懂英語，懂基本電腦操作
