Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Control Centre – Night Shift 9 hours work)

Duties

  • Monitoring of security systems to ensure security and safety operation
  • Operate Helpdesk and messaging service dispatch and support
  • Dealing with emergency situation such as manning, technical issues, complaints and crisis
  • Supervise performance of night patrol service provider
  • Occasional off-site work when dealing with emergencies / surprise check
  • Other duties as assigned by Head of Customer Service Department

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with good organization skills
  •  Relevant experience in Property Management/Hotel/Control Room Service
  •  Proficiency in basic computer skills including Chinese Word Processing
  • Holder of Type I Driving license is an added advantage
