Our client is a reputable retail brand with presence across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic project manager to lead their store development within the region.   

Reporting to the global function leader, you will manage store construction projects for Hong Kong and Mainland China market. You will set project programming, materials scheduling and sourcing of appropriate vendors. Working closely with internal designers and external contractors, you will ensure store development and renovation projects are in-line with global guidelines and quality expectations. You will manage time and cost of each project and report progress to the Headquarters on a regular basis.

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Engineering  
• At least 6-8 years store construction or project management experience from retail sector
• Knowledge of Greater China market including government regulations and vendor network
• Hands-on experience in AutoCad drawings
• Highly organized, pragmatic and with ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal, project management and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
