JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Build a strong network of clients and opportunities for new business development.
• Prepare proposals/pitches, documents and presentations for clients, monitor success of campaigns, project debrief
• Daily management of projects, support the team, work closely with management, and maintain long-term Client relationships
• Oversee project development, progress, deadlines, budgets, client objectives, able to drive projects and lead the project team
• Actively provide sound strategic marketing plans, media ideas, and best practice for implementation

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree holder or above
• Over 6 years of experience in Account Servicing, Project Management, Marketing and Business Development experience in Graphic Design and/ or Advertising Agency while at least 3 years in managerial position
• Extensive connection of corporate clients and in Hong Kong
• Able to work under pressure and determined to achieve sales & revenue growth as well as other business targets
• Strong in presentation, communication, leadership, and project management; with clear understanding of industry development/changes, keeping up to date with market trends
• Able to be build rapport and networks with Clients and enhance business relationships
• Good team player with huge sense of responsibility 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
