• Responsible for providing high quality service to tenants / visitors and ensuring the consistency of all operational aspects of the building
• Duties include liaison with owners / tenants, handling enquiries / complaints and preparing incident reports, etc
• Tertiary educated with at least 1 year’s customer service experience, preferably in property management field
• Presentable, hardworking, independent and willing to work on shift
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese is essential
