The Job  

• Responsible for the high quality creative work produced for clients
• Responsible for managing design team, motivating them to realize potential.
• Deliver high quality presentation to client on major campaigns
• Collaborate with account service team to ensure effective campaign

The Person  

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Commercial Arts or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience working in Advertising Agency or Graphic Design House; Less experience will treat it as Associate Creative Director
• Have previous experience on FMCG, bank & property development is preferred
• Rich imagination and passionate about design, advanced in concept, creative and innovative
• Great communication and expression, able to understand clients’ intention
• High sense of duty and excellent team coordination/ management abilities
• Fluent English/Chinese, able to communicate with clients and present design proposal
• Highly proficient in Macintosh softwares e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand etc. from layout presentation to color separation & production (Knowledge in 3D & internet applications would be an advantage)
