Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years experiences are required with 3 years at Fitting Out Works
- Holder of Safety Supervisor Training Course is preferable
- Be responsible in documentation process with sense of cost control and procurement
- Experience in construction site work and safety supervision
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
- Hands-on working attitude is always welcome
- Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaker with English Skills
- Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
- Willing to travel, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
- Working experience at China Retail Market is preferred
