• Responsible for positive guest relation maintenance
• Enable to suggest daily specials and make recommendations to guests
• Be always alert, attentive and assure a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times
• Supervise and delegate subordinates for mis-en-place preparation, table set-ups and the proper handling of equipments
• Present menu, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 year related in Hotel F&B Service
• Able to communicate in spoken English & Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
