Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer services at the Customer Service Centre and handle the Customer Service Hotline
- Liaise with other Departments and various Service Partners to ensure the delivery of quality customer services
- Process event services order and facilitate services requests through various IT systems
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- 2 years working experience, preferably in hospitality industry and customer-service-related
- Good problem-solving skill and excellent interpersonal skill
- Service-oriented, flexible, willing-to-learn and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
- Required to work in shifts and wear uniform during duty
