Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement and monitor the supplier quality strategy and program to ensure the continuous supply of safe, wholesome and premium quality products to customers. Models and acts in accordance with company guiding principles

Requirements:

• At least 7 years related experience in food industry
• Experience in data analyze, articulate and implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement goals to vendors, manage and resolve conflicts
• Experience in food safety audits and/or food safety audit reports
• Excellent communication and influence skill
• Familiar with food regulations, quality documentation system (ISO…) and food safety audit schemes (BRC, IFS…)
• Knowledge of food processing technology, ingredient functionality, microbiology and food safety
• Knowledge of quality assurance program methodologies and implementation within manufacturing environment
• Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese (both in Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Willing to travel
