As part of the expansion, we are looking for a high calibre, energetic and experienced candidate to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of proven experience in the eLearning, Multimedia or Education field, managing large international customers, developing teams and business development.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client projects through the complete life cycle of design and development starting with pre-sales activity to final delivery of the finished solution. The role will be to manage and support all courseware development projects, assist customer requirements/analysis and training solutions to ensure customer expectations are met to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies of training requirements and work with the management team to produce proposals for training solutions.
• Carry out front end analysis tasks including specification of training objectives, and design standards.
• Produce detailed specification for development templates, simulations and other software tools.
• Provide management reports to senior management on project plans, project registration, prioritization, resource, customer complaints, costs and any other reports or data required from time to time.
• Produce Project Schedules, Forecasts and Budgets in consultation with Courseware Development Manager.
• Advise on company production methodology and architecture and continuously review products to ensure that we maintain a competitive edge. 
• Lead designated teams of instructional designers, graphic designers and QA / project coordinators as needed to meet project goals.
  
• Provide internal training to the team with regards to eLearning design, development methodology, best practice, processes and technology.
• Develop, implement and maintain standard documentation for; feasibility study, content analysis, instructional design process, development standards, prototyping, testing, quality control, product sign-off, implementation and evaluation.
• Manage the quality control and assurance of all eLearning projects, ensuring use of best practice and highest standards are maintained.
• Take on all aspects of the management of individual projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Instructional Design, Technology in Education, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 5-7 years’ solid experience in projects management of which 5 years in eLearning, training or education.
• Ability to lead multiple eLearning / Learning Technology projects.
• Ability to analyse and understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate eLearning strategy and solution.
• Good leadership & customer management skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player and be able to lead by example and deliver results
• Excellent communications, written and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.
