The Supervisor shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Completion of Form 5 education level in Hong Kong, or equivalent; and
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering; and
  
• At least 5 years practical working experience in operation, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical, air-conditioning and plumbing installations; and
• Possesses Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate under Section 6BA(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertaking Ordinance; and
• Good communication skills; and
• Good command of reading and written English and Chinese; and
• Basic computer knowledge (such as MS Word and MS Excel); and
• Registered electrical worker under the category of Grade B electrical work or above.

The Supervisor shall normally be required to work forty-five (45) hours per week exclusive one-hour lunch. In the case of Public Holiday on Monday to Saturday, the working hours per week shall be deducted by nine (9) hours per Public Holiday.
