We are looking for an Accounting Manager to work in our Finance Team based in Hong Kong. The responsibilities of this role include managing a team of accounting and billing employees, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements and to implement process improvements.  Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead a team of accounting and billing employees
• Manage the month end process to ensure SAP and HFM (group reporting) are in compliance with IFRS and are submitted according to the group’s reporting timeline
• Review and approve company payments on regular basis
• Ensure both internal audit and external audit compliance
• Review and monitor the cash-flow and prepare regular cash-flow forecasts
• Monitor the AR aging and ensure submission of AR analysis reports
• Arrange and review stock count and prepare WIP and weighted average stock adjustment on quarterly basis
• Ensure compliance of accounting policy and internal controls system
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer billing
• Calculate the deferred tax asset and review local tax return
• Implement improvements to accounting processes as well as to internal control processes
• Prepare reports to the Airport Authority and to ensure submission on time

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in relevant discipline, with professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA etc
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in financial/management accounting, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Knowledge of SAP, BW and HFM would be an added advantage
• Good English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, good team leader
• Proactive, self-motivated and attentive to details
