The purpose of our Graduate Engineer program is to attract young and enthusiastic University Fresh Graduates as potential talents for Ocean Park. This is an outstanding employment opportunity for young graduates to join an iconic attraction of Hong Kong. It aims to engage the fresh graduates from engineering and related disciplines who are passionate in developing career in the engineering field of theme park industry.

This programme is a two-year Scheme for "A" training programme in Building Services / Electrical / Control, Automation & Instrumentation / Mechanical Disciplines accredited by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers ("HKIE"). The programme helps graduate engineers to acquire the qualification to become a professional engineer and equip them with technical and management skills to meet the future development needs of Ocean Park. The successful applicant will be given opportunities to handle the funicular modification work / the daily operation of life support system and major development projects of Ocean Park, such as the cable car upgrade / amusement rides’ maintenance and overhaul project. We will also provide them with an excellent opportunity to gain all-round exposure to various engineering systems / projects through job attachments and on-the-job training.

The ideal candidates:

- Graduate in Building Services/ Electrical/ Control, Automation & Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines from universities accredited by Hong Kong Institution of Engineers

- Good analytical skills, self-motivation, attention to detail and rational thinking

- Strong enthusiasm to develop a long term career in Ocean Park

- Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills, good team player, strong communication and good presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- A fast learner who is willing to take up work challenges in a dynamic ever-changing environment

- Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license (class 1 & 2), Construction Industry Safety Card and Confined Spaced Safety Card is an advantage

- Willing to work shift duties and overtime work is required

- The successful candidate may be required to work at height and inside the tunnel

Successful candidates will be offered:

- Permanent employment contract, thirteenth month payment & medical insurance
