Responsibilities : 

• To provide quality after-sales service for the medical equipments in hospitals and clinics
• To provide installation of equipment, follow up with maintenance and service of equipment
• To train end-users in the application and usage of the equipment
• To support the sales promotion on product demonstration and training
• To identify new potential customers for establishment of maintenance contracts
• To keep oneself updated and expand knowledge on product specifications, applications and installation

 Requirements : 

• Higher Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in serving and installing equipment in Medical or Bio-science service
• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure are the key to the success of the job
