Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a Degree in Accounting
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experienced in handling L/C’s, Trade Finance and shipping related issues
• High sense of responsibility, detailed mind set, hard-working, organized, self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks under tight schedules
• Minimum 8 solid yeas of accounting experience in trading firm or factory. 3 years should be in management level
• Strong management experience and skills needed
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, and Chinese word processing and MYOB a plus
• Familiar with China Foreign Rep office rules and accounting requirements a plus

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements, accounting analysis schedules and yearly and monthly budget
• Manage company cash flow, taxation and financial control of all aspects of the company
• Improve internal operation and control procedures
• Supervise the accounting department in Hong Kong and China Rep. Office- total of 5 staff
