Main Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing processes
• Improve productivity by finding most cost effective ways to manufacture products
• Project follow up of all the manufacturing related issue
• Trouble shooting on technical issues
• Familiar with machines maintenance program
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management
• Be able to lead manufacturing team to achieve best manufacturing practice
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing techniques

Requirements:

• University in industrial / Manufacturing or related Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in electronics manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5-6 years in manager level
• Familiar with SMT and T/H process
• Must have strong Leadership skills, Excellent analytical, Organization and Communication skills
• Good command of English language
