Duties:

• Provide technical support for wireless telecommunication equipment;
• Support sales team for pre-sales technical support including wireless network design, customer presentation and training;
• Project management on after sales end to end field deployment;
• Provide customer support in daily basis for trouble shooting and network expansion;
• Support R&D in new feature definition and deployment. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field of studies;
• 2+ years of working experience in IT, engineering, or technical support;
• Strong RF network architecture skills;
• Understanding of WiFi and 3G;
• Working knowledge of routers, bridges, and switches;
• Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies;
• Global travel required; and
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
