Job Description
Job requirements:
- Working location: Causeway Bay or Mongkok or Kwun Tong
- Higher Diploma or Certificate in Electronics or computer study
- Experience and expertise in PC troubleshooting and maintenance, technical support, and the installation of computer system
- Provide product repair & technical support
- Support and provide onsite service for customer
- Provide instant solutions service for customer at customer service centre
- Shift duty are required; Monday to Sunday, 5 working days per week
