Job Description

Minimum of 2 years of experience at a supervisory level in a quality restaurant
Great command or moderate fluency in both English and Cantonese
Must have a developed knowledge of the dynamics among all working positions in a restaurant along with a thorough understanding of every role
Must be sociable, have an outgoing personality, and be customer-focused
