Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager to manage the entire operations of 8 outlets to meet with the Group’s standard.
• Achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Oversee the operation of Caffe HABITU outlets to ensure the highest levels of staff management and development.
• Being commercially astute and deliver high quality at all times.
• Ensuring the café facility is maintained in accordance with Company hygiene standards.
• Maintain, recruit and develop a capable, customer focused team.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in café outlet shops of which 3 years at supervisory level.
• Strong leadership, disciplinary and communication skill.
• Well customer service and people oriented quality awareness.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Keen interest in coffee is a plus.
