Responsibilities:

• Report to Audit Committee and in charge of the Group Internal Audit Department (PRC, HK and overseas teams)
• Support the Risk Management Committee in Enterprise Risk Management, including the facilitation of ERM meeting and the monitoring of the key risk
• Develop the risk-based annual audit plan and guide its execution
• Evaluate the effectiveness of key functional processes, policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry and corporate standards
• Work closely with the management team to promote corporate governance and drive improvements for operational excellence
• Provide consultancy and management services for the group
• Prepare timely internal audit reports with practical recommendations & monitor follow-up actions

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent disciplines
• Member of recognized professional accounting bodies is preferred (CPA/CIA/CISA)
• At least 8 years of solid external audit experience
• Experience in the retail industry and big 4 trained preferred
• Sound knowledge of ERM, internal controls from compliance, financial and operational perspectives
• MS Office, PPT and Chinese Word Processing, SAP Knowledge
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and report writing skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Occasional trips are required
