Responsibilities:

• Being the head to lead and manage the team of 3 to complete the budget and objectives of work
• Preparation of management accounts, regulatory returns (i.e. FRR returns, ADD forms) financial reports, ad hoc management reports of the Group
• Prepare the annual financial budget, submit financial analytical reports and complete the analysis of income and expense budget to the head office, committees and management
• Assist in formulating and revising financial system, reviewing the accounting and funding of the subsidiaries in PRC
• Assist in conveying the rules, regulations and job requirements to head office and management, and summarize and provide feedback of the implementation
• Assist in organizing the Finance Division’s meeting and complete the minutes and organizing the meeting with ALMC and announce the notice
• Coordinate across teams, divisions and other external partners

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accountancy
  
• 8 years’ relevant experience gained from investment bank / FIs (exposure in PRC based i-bank/ FIs with hands-on experience in Chinese reporting a must)
• Experienced in preparing published accounts will be an advantage
• Familiar with regulatory reporting, budgeting, financial accounting, management analysis and cash flow management
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese) and English
