SUMMARY

This position is responsible for maintaining full set of account and monthly management reports.  The role needs to deliver accounting services including financial accounting, credit and collection, inventory control, billing, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare financial and management report in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly financial commentaries and KPIs and highlight variances for management review
• Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast and perform budgetary control
• Provide financial support on business decisions by conducting feasibility study and financial model
• Maintain and strengthen internal control for the company
• Oversee internal audit and compliance with regulatory and group accounting requirement
• Support any ad-hoc projects and analysis when required

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant
• Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years solid management experience to monitor finance and business
• Audit or Internal Control experience preferred
• Proven strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind and good business sense
• Able to independent and proactively take ownership and act with integrity to deliver required result
• Proficient in MS office and Hyperion
• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
