Responsibilities

• Report to Department Head in development of marketing plan and program for assigned brand products
• Monitor profit margin and marketing budget in achieving departmental goals and business objectives
• Communicate with overseas suppliers in sourcing, issuing purchase orders and follow up shipment and payment issues if necessary.
• Close co-ordination with sales team in inventory management and stock replenishment control so as to cope with sales forecast.
• Ensure goods are properly received and follow up on discrepancies, if any
• Daily review of inventory reports and assigned analytical reports
• Conduct Product Training & Presentation as required
• Attend Wine tastings and events as required
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Marketing or related discipline; interest in wine is essential
• At least 3 years solid related experience in FMCG goods
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and analytical mind.
• More experience will be considered as Buyer.
