Our client is a SFC Type 1, 4, 6, 9 licensed corporate. We are looking for a Group Finance Senior Manager position for consolidation of financial statements, this position is expected to have experience in account system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of account and financial reports including consolidated financial statements, regulatory and management reports
• Monitor and control the accounting functions, including budgetary control, financial forecasting, cash flow management and reports consolidation
• Supervise month end and year end closing making sure complete reconciliation in place
• Prepares FRR report. Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting
• Lead accounting system implementation. Plays key role in financial reporting integration.

• Liaise with external/internal parties on audit, tax returns and other accounting and financial matters

• Work closely with COO. Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in audit firm and/or financial institutions
• Solid experience in financial and management reporting
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in system implementation is definitely an advantage
• Strong analytical sense, detailed minded
• Proactive, mature and adaptable to change
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
