My client is the global leader in manufacturing of textiles and surface protection, is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their HK office: 

Responsibilities:

• Support the VP of Finance Asia in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in Asia
• Prepare analysis on business unit's performance, and identify the business risk/opportunity for the growth of the business 
• Providing guidance and coaching to the team members to increase business efficiencies   
• Developing financial guideline and procedure for respective countries to follow   
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, external and internal partners in order to drive people capabilities
  
  

Requirements   

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification in HKICPA or equivalent
• Experience in Audit is preferable, Big 4/Second tier  
• Experience in garment, manufacturing background is a plus
• MNC exposure is a big plus
• Independent, team player with good communication skills 
• Proficient in MS Office application  
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
