Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions including vouchers inputs, payment, bank reconciliation and reimbursement of petty cash;
• Handle expenses and accounts payable transactions and T/T payment;
• Perform checking of daily accounting entries/reports, and maintain proper records and supporting documents;
• Perform settlement duties, including daily trade reconciliation and bank account reconciliation, prepare daily and monthly statement to clients
• Assist in month-end closing and the preparation of financial statements;
• Assist in preparing FRR returns;
• Assist in bank account opening;
• Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting and finance matters; and
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements & Qualification:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience preferably gained from financial institutions / securities brokerage company;
• Good knowledge in accounting standards and SFC/HKEx rules & regulations would be an advantage;
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer.
