Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2 subordinates
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Assist in ERP & POS system set up, implementation and coordinate with internal & external vendors
• Be responsible for the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts, month-end and year-end closing process
• Prepare, record and analyze accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with corporate governance policies & procedures, government funding guidelines, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare budgeting, cash flow forecast and perform variance analysis on the cash flow status
• Liaise with external accountants, lawyers and other professionals in performing project audit and other regulatory compliance
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experiences and exposure in retail or beauty industry
• At least 3 years solid experience in ERP & POS system is require
• With set up and control the ERP & POS system experience is preferred, eg: Multiable M18(Retail) or B2B(Beauty)
• Proactive, meticulous and efficient team player with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Immediately available in highly preferred
