Qualifications:

• University degree holder preferably in marketing or business related studies with 5 to 8 years’ FMCG experience preferably in modern trade sales and/or trade marketing (with CVS experience or exposure definitely an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills, with a business-minded approach, able to move from the big picture/ strategic perspective to quick turnaround tactical execution
• Outstanding skills at initiating and creative enough to start work with a blank sheet of paper as well as able to make skillful use of data and analytics
• Passion and conviction for their ideas and proposals - a collaborator with first-rate communication and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change & challenges and able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese. Proficient in Putonghua a definite plus
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead & develop channel strategy and priorities that drives volume, profit & category growth for MT channels
• Initiate ideas and action plans & collaborate with Sales Team to activate the channels
• Provide marketing direction and support to the relevant channels
• Collaborate with Sales team peers to ensure programs are fully executed according to pre-set standard. Make recommendation on the picture of success of all relevant programs.
