Prime Job Responsibilities:

• Execute talents searching and sourcing activities to current clients
• Develop relationship and create business opportunities with new clients
• Expand the existing reach within specific industries from the client base
• Maintain effective relationship regularly with both clients and candidates
• Participate in business development activities on needed basis for talents sourcing
• Perform ad hoc duties relating to talents acquisition and management

 Key Personnel Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder
• With solid prior experience in recruitment function or recruitment consulting industry
• With past BD, sales and marketing experience most preferred
• In possession of client resources would be vital
• HR Outsourcing experience is a PLUS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A highly initiative team player with can-do mind-set
• Energetic, multi-tasking and results driven
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to communicate effectively in Putonghua
