• Provide human resources & administration support including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition or performance management.
• Support and coordinate, transform and execute HR and People Development strategies and policies.
• Work closely with team leaders and division managers for facilitating and expediting recruitment process to achieve the business objectives;
• Execute in Compensation & Benefit functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits administration and insurance renewal;
• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures;
• Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory / legislative requirements;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other specialized training.
• At least 3 year’s solid relevant experience
• Sound knowledge in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related governance statutory ordinances.
• Multi-tasking with effective time management to meet tight deadlines, organized with excellent analytical skills and sensitive to figures/data.
• Highly developed people management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people at all levels.
• Strong PC skills.
