One of our clients is seeking applications from talented HR professionals to come and join their young and energetic team as HR Manager at their Hong Kong Head office.

The role of HR Manager will have key responsibility for overseeing all HR activity for their HK business and their subsidiaries (they have massive M&A in the market recent years).

This is a high-profile role where no two days will be the same – from talent management to L&D, project management to employee relations, this is a truly varied and generalist role. You'll be supporting their Leadership team and senior stakeholders across the business, but you'll also be a key part of China HR team.

You'll be the central driving force for the Hong Kong business across all aspects of the people strategy, so we're looking for strong characters with initiative and creativity to drive innovation, tenacity to make things happen, guide & influence senior operators and evolve our engagement and L&D initiatives to ensure we retain top talent.
