  • Monitor and supervise general administrative activities 
  • Leading the HR team to provided all-rounded support of human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll process, staff retention and performance management
  • Review, formulate and implement HR policies
  • Regularly involve in salary bench marking projects 
  • Handle and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • With knowledge of using HRIS system for employee personnel data management functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experiencepreferably in property industry
  • Flexible and attention to details, skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
