- Monitor and supervise general administrative activities
- Leading the HR team to provided all-rounded support of human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll process, staff retention and performance management
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies
- Regularly involve in salary bench marking projects
- Handle and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- With knowledge of using HRIS system for employee personnel data management functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience,preferably in property industry
- Flexible and attention to details, skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
