Our client is one of the leading Virtual Banks. They are now looking for a seasoned candidate to join their HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full spectrum of Human Resources function including but not limited to recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding procedure,  performance management, employee relations etc.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of market trends, proactively provide business with market insights and adjust HR handling accordingly.
• Engage, advice and provide HR support and solutions to management and employees on people issue.
• Any ad-hoc HR related projects as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
• 10 -15 years of HR related experience.
• HR Generalist with experience in recruitment and employee relations is preferred.
• Banking industry is preferred. Financial services / FinTech will also be considered.
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinances and HKMA requirements.
• Flexible, fast-pace, dynamic, proactive with self-initiative, hands-on, detail-oriented.
• Experience in Chinese banks/organizations will be an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• English, Cantonese & Mandarin speaking is a must.
