You will report to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities may include:

• Answer internal and external telephone calls, arrange conference calls
• Take messages for incoming calls, answering machine, absences and update regular telephone list
• Greet client and arrange tea/coffee and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Arrange courier; sort and distribute mails
• Arrange order for stationery, printing matter, pantry items and office supplies
• Liaise with building management – cleaner, building facilities, distribute general information
• Ensure the office area, meeting rooms and pantry are clean and tidy
• Provide clerical assistance on request basis
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5, DSE or Diploma graduate or above
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic standard of English and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Good customer-oriented service manner
• Pleasant, team-oriented, self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available will be an advantage
