Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operation including compensation & benefits, staff relations, performance management, etc;
• Maintain staff record, update HR system and prepare various kind of HR reports;
• Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management, co-ordinate regular and ad-hoc reports for Head Office in PRC;
• Prepare analysis reports and assist in formulating annual department plan and budget plan;
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years' human resources experience in financial and banking industry ;
• Experience in PRC background company is an advantage ;
• Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
• Self-motivated, meticulous, creative, good analytical thinking and good numeric sense;
• Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua is a must;
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
