HR MANAGER/ HR DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities:

-   Execute the process and arrangement of interview and assessments.

-   Manage applicant database to ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment and talent status.

-    Prepare relevant onboarding documentation and conduct reference check.

-   To ensure program success through effective talent acquisition, performance management and talent development.

-   Staying up to date with regards to knowledge about the labour market, recruitment best practice. Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits market trends and offer professional advice.

-    Planning and implementing the manpower plan in accordance with the business needs and write up the findings, analysis and recommendations.

-     Design development initiatives to attract, retain and motivate talents at all levels.

Job Requirements:

-   Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience either in sizable financial institutions, securities firms or global internet company.

-      Proven experienced at talent acquisition and performance management.

-      Strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mind-set.
