Roles and Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR & Administrative services
• Handling staff recruitment functions including job advertisement posting, interview arrangements & etc
• Responsible in preparing payroll & MPF calculation
• Maintain attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
• Administer group insurance schemes, including medical insurance and employee compensation
• Assist in office management, office supply & equipment maintenance, etc
• Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Admin. or equivalent
• 2 years or above working experience in HR & Admin. field
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Good in MS Office application (MS Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant and proactive personality, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Working location: Fanling
