Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• To design and implement Talent Development programs and to facilitate and close the skills gaps
• To identify L&D needs and perform gaps analysis to find out the development requirements across, and work out an annual training plan for the branch to monitor the overall training activities
• To assist to manage the talent management initiatives including the succession planning, talent development to build the talent pipeline
• To support the establishment of the talent development culture
• To liaise and co-ordinate with Department Heads, employees and LDA on the annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and to recommend the appropriate learning solutions that can be leveraged for employees' development
• To design and deliver training courses to employees including but not limited to the course originated from Head Office and course initiated by the branch
• To monitor and review quality of training courses by performing analysis on training feedbacks and comments and to suggest solutions for improvements
• To review the L&D policy and update the HR Procedure Manual and to streamline and enhance the processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:
• University graduate or equivalent industry recognized qualification in Learning and Talent
• 5+ years’ proven experience in Learning & Talent functions and managing Learning & Talent projects from a recognized international firm
