Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate human resources initiatives; recruitment and employee relations of our organization
• Outdoor work to bank or post office etc.
• Cost Control and Expense Management
• Handle bank reconciliation, cheque issue
• Handle all-rounded office administrative duties such as arrange office supplies, courier, expenses claims, etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• LCC&I in Bookkeeping holder
• High sense of responsibility, Self-motivate, able to work independently
• Minimum 3-year experience in HR & Admin.
• Book closing experience
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
