Job Description

Job purpose & overall objective

The main objective of this role is to liaise with clients directly on all payroll and administrative matters, including monthly payroll calculations, pay slips preparation, MPF administration, payroll reporting and other various payroll related tasks. Responsibilities will include assisting simple booking and client accounting administrative matters

 

Are you the person for this role?

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll administration and will hold a relevant qualification. Excellent organisation and communication skills including written and spoken English are essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks would also be advantageous.
