Responsibilities 

• Responsible in HR and administration functions such as recruitment, benefits and staff relations.
• Handle monthly payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance, benefit administration and etc.
• Provide support in all-round administration duties, including implementing policies and guidelines to ensure the smooth running of operations
• Prepare HR related reports for management review
• Ensure the HR function in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations.
• Travel to Mainland China is required.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• 5 year experience in Human Resources and Administration
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related ordinance
• Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties
• Self-motivated, strong communications skills, independent and proactive
• Proficient with MS Office
• Good command of spoken Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
