Due to expansion in Asia Pacific region, we are currently sourcing for energetic individuals to join us as HR Business Partners in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Lead employer/employee branding initiatives
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive employee experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Organize and/or attend career fairs, company events and outreach programs

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Business / Arts / Humanities / Marketing or any other related fields
Have a keen interest in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media channels (Instagram, FB, LinkedIn & Telegram)
No prior experience needed as creativity and passion is key
Excellent communicator
Positive, enthusiastic and versatile
