Centre of Buddhist Studies

[Initial appointment period: 1 year, subject to renewal]

Responsibilities:

• Support administration and operation of the Master Programme (MMABS),  including student admission, course coordination and conduction, exam arrangement and other student related matters;
• Provide administrative support in activities, including public lectures, academic exchanges and workshops;
• Maintain record systems and databases effectively;
• Assist in general office administration; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Center or his/her delegates.

 Requirements:

• A bachelor degree or above;
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in tertiary institutions;
• Work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is must, and
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Adobe DC and Chinese Word Processing.
