Jobs Duties:

• Manage and supervisor recruitment strategy, overall planning, process in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China, also evaluate the recruitment efficiency
• Responsible for full process of middle to high-end position recruitment
• Understand and grasp the changes in the talent market in a timely manner, establish and maintain a talent reserve plan, and reserve talents needed for the company's development;
• Conclude recruitment duties annually and prepare report 
• ad-hoc jobs by senior

Requirement:

• Degree or above holder, preferable major in Human Resource or other related discipline 
• Good writing and readings skills in English
• Minimum 5 years  or above relevant experiences in sizable company, preferable in Recruitment agency or IT industry
• strong communication skills and able to work under pressure, high responsibility and fast learner
