• To support our business expansion, it is a newly created position to assist the Senior Project Manager in Hong Kong office (Regional Headquarters)
• Manage multiple Internationalization Projects in Asian languages, namely scheduling and budgeting
• Work closely with Product Team in US Headquarters, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as well as translation vendors
• Conduct professional review of translation to ensure the quality can be attained
• Coordinate with internal departments for project implementation
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Glossary List
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Translation, Communications, Linguistic or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Project Management and experience in translation companies will be a plus
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in order to meet project schedule
• Experience in computer-assisted translation tool is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
• Excellent computing skills in MS office software including Excel (e.g. Pivot Table), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to learn and understand ACAMS’s services and training offerings (study of the ACAMS Coursework is required)
• Self-starter and able to work independently and be productive with minimum supervision (“Whatever it takes to get it done” attitude)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive (Translation)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
